Toybox takeover glitch.

Every time I go to the toy box takeover I fall into a black hole..... And it keeps doing that.... What happened? This was my review before:

This is very entertaining! There are a few glitches here and there, but they arent that bad. Great graphics, and the player models look so detailed! I bought the pack with nick and Judy, it was kinda pricy but totally worth it! I think there should be more worlds we can buy and stuff like that! Also I did experience a little issue... When I tried to play this on my iPhone after I had on my iPad, it didnt show the characters I bought or my progress... It was a little upsetting, so please fix this!
